- Designed an enterprise no-code AI platform enabling non-technical teams to build and deploy AI workflows (chatbots/automations) with guardrails, roles, and audit trails.
- Translated backend complexity (datasets, chunking/embeddings, evaluations) into progressive UIs such as setup wizards, templates, reducing onboarding friction for first-time users.
